Product description
The GIA Q7 single-arm excavator is a newly designed, which is suitable for small and medium-sized alleyway. Hydraulic control tunnel excavated rock-cutting vehicles cover an area of 31, equipped with Atlas Copper Scop1238 rock -cutting machine, rectangular heavy large loading arm, Aluminum propulsion beam and Dalian Deutz engine.
This product is simple, easy to maintain, high energy, high-efficiency, high output, high cost performance, is the optimal choice for digging and mining small and medium -sized roadway.

Propulsion beam system
The aluminum alloy beam driven by oil cylinder and wire rope has higher strength and superior bending resistance, and can achieve ideal drilling straightness. It is more stable while drilling.
The propulsion beam is equipped with a mechanized rod change system, and the operator can complete the action of connecting and unloading the rod in the cab.

Power system
The high-power turbocharged diesel engine of National III standard provides sufficient power reserve for the whole vehicle, making the drilling rig more adaptable to harsh working environments such as high altitude and extreme cold.

Drill boom system
A rectangular cross-section folding boom structure is adopted. Vertical holes and horizontal holes of 0.3-5.6m can be drilled in the facade, and the drilling coverage area in the plane can reach 13m².

Chassis system
The crawler-type traveling chassis is equipped with a high-power two-speed hydraulic drive traction system and a hydraulic swing adjustment system, as well as a small-sized fuselage width design, so that the drilling rig has excellent off-road ability and maneuverability.

Hydraulic rock drill
