WIDE RANGE
When the pipeline pressure drops, the remaining power is effectively used to increase the air volume. Real-time monitoring is performed to achieve the optimal pressure and maximum air volume according to the use conditions. When operating at a low pressure of 0.6MPa, the air volume can be increased by up to 24% (75kW).

Superior partial load performance of frequency converters
The high-efficiency IPM motor and the design of the body that fully considers partial loads further improve the energy-saving effect of the inverter. The speed is controlled according to the amount of air used, and the required amount of air is obtained with more appropriate power.

Inverter constant voltage control & energy-saving logic function load/unload control
The constant pressure control of the inverter can suppress the energy consumption caused by unnecessary pressure increase, and the pressure adjustment range is controlled below ±0.01MPa. The standard machine with cutting control is equipped with energy-saving logic function. When the cutting operation reaches the preset capacity adjustment cycle (minimum 23 seconds), it can be automatically unloaded to suppress the energy consumption caused by unnecessary pressure increase. Keep the pressure fluctuation range to a minimum.

Excellent corrosion resistance
Since condensed water is prone to corrosion and the 2-stage compressor body requires high corrosion resistance, we chose to use stainless steel and combined it with Teflon coating with excellent heat resistance, smoothness and peelability to effectively prevent performance degradation caused by corrosion.

Box structure with excellent noise-proofing performance
The air intake openings of the box are concentrated in one place to reduce the source of noise. At the same time, staggered baffles are set at the air intake opening to further effectively reduce the noise

Soundproof cover
The sound-absorbing cotton that can remove harsh frequencies and the sealing structure that improves airtightness effectively suppress noise leakage.
