KOBELION Oil-free compressor

Clean compressed air
Designed and manufactured by Kobelco.
Dry compression is adopted, and no lubricating oil is used in the compression chamber, and the compressed air does not contact the lubricating oil. In addition, the shaft seal uses a stainless steel sealing ring, which will not produce carbon powder.
2-hole structure for open atmosphere
Kobelco's technology "2-hole structure for open atmosphere" prevents lubricating oil from mixing into compressed air from the shaft seal even when the unit is continuously unloaded for a long time.
Why is two-stage compression more energy-efficient?
After the air is compressed in the first stage and cooled by the intercooler, the volume of air entering the second stage of compression will be reduced, so the required power will also be reduced. By reducing the compression ratio (intake and exhaust pressure difference) of each stage of compression, the amount of air leakage during the compression process can be reduced.

Reliability
· Advanced Y-rotor and FEM analysis design are used to improve the reliability of the compressor main engine.
· The molybdenum disulfide coating on the main engine surface and the stainless steel material of the second-stage compression further improve the corrosion resistance.
