Production

Adopt PLC control
The PLC controller (patented product) independently developed by our company is adopted to make the equipment run more stably, with higher reliability and stronger anti-interference ability.


Operating principle

Adsorption drying process: The compressed air with moisture flows through the adsorption tower equipped with high-performance adsorbent, and the moisture in the compressed air is absorbed and dried by the adsorbent and flows to the gas terminal for use at the gas point.
Regeneration process: This series of dryers use a high-pressure blower to blow ambient air (as regeneration airflow) into the heating cylinder of the heater, and flow through the adsorbent to be desorbed. Under the principle of adsorbent desorption at high temperature, the water is taken out of the adsorption cylinder and discharged to the atmosphere.



Advantage

The amount of regeneration gas is small. The air blown from the outside air by the high-pressure blower is used as the regeneration gas, and only 1% of the dried compressed air is used for cooling, and the air consumption is 1/15 of that of the heatless regeneration adsorption dryer, and that of 1/6 of the regeneration dryer. Adopt high-pressure blower with high reliability, long life and low noise. High-performance PLC is used as the control host, which has strong anti-interference ability to ensure stable operation of the equipment, and can monitor the running status of the equipment locally or remotely (communication interfaces can be provided for customers).

HYR Series Waste Heat Suction Machine

Introduction

The HYR series waste heat suction dryer uses the waste heat of the oil-free air compressor to heat and regenerate the adsorbent, making full use of the waste heat in the compressed air system. Without a heating device, the effect of a heated suction dryer can also be achieved, fully demonstrating the energy-saving and high-efficiency characteristics, and the dew point of the finished gas can reach -40 °C. Using the independent patented PLC controller, the performance is more stable and reliable than that of single chip. The control valve adopts high-quality butterfly valve to ensure more than 1 million times of trouble-free switching. The advanced diverter design enables the compressed air to contact the adsorbent evenly, completely eliminating the channeling phenomenon.
