Product Description

The new HC420 crawler down-the-hole drilling rig is a self-propelled hydraulic drilling equipment. Using new hydraulic technology, the rotation adopts double motor belt reducer structure, and the rotation torque is large. The propulsion adopts oil cylinder with plate chain, and the propulsion and lifting are smooth and fast. The new boom structure is suitable for drilling horizontal anchor holes.
HC420 drilling rig is mainly used for open-air down-the-hole drilling rigs in various mines, water conservancy, transportation, bolting, slope protection and other projects.

 

Product Feature

Slewing head
The slewing adopts a double-motor structure with a reducer, equipped with a manual rotary valve. It has two gears of high torque with low speed and low torque with high speed. The maximum output torque is 4400N·m.

Engine
Equipped with a 58KW four-cylinder diesel engine. The power is strong. 

Console
The console adopts a double-layer structure with upper and lower floors, which is reasonably located and easy to operate. The new hydraulic system has fast and slow gears for propulsion and rotation, and a double-motor double-speed gyrator is used to meet the requirements of different working conditions.

Drill boom system
The design of the drill boom, guide rail and other structures are optimized to improve the structural reliability, flexibility and durability of the drilling rig. The minimum horizontal hole height is 300mm.

Filtering system
The use of pre-filter, oil-bath air filter and air filter for three-stage filtration provides a guarantee for the diesel engine to work in a high-dust environment.

Travel motor track frame
It adopts engineering travel motor, which has strong climbing ability and low failure rate.
