A7 is a split-type open-air down-the-hole drilling rig, which is widely used in mines and quarries all over the country. The drilling rig has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance, strong maneuverability and insensitivity to rock fissures. It is especially suitable for massive deep hole drilling and quarrying operations. Its unique high-speed hydraulic motor-driven fan dust removal system is comparable to that of a full-hydraulic crawler drilling rig, allowing the operator to completely get rid of dust and effectively slowing down the wear of the drilling rig's working mechanism. The two-way control panel adopts ergonomic design with reasonable layout and convenient operation. The operator can control the drilling operation of the drilling rig horizontally or vertically from any propulsion position, with a wide view.
Joysticks and gauges allow for direct control of propulsion and drive. Side control panels have cantilevered positioning joysticks, and a control panel at the rear of the rig allows the operator to operate while the rig is moving.  
The propulsion beam is equipped with a rotatable follower, which effectively reduces the wear of the rubber hose during the movement of the gyrator and prolongs the service life of the rubber hose.
The propulsion beam in the form of oil cylinder chain propulsion, combined with the pulley positioning mechanism and anti-wear sliding mechanism, improves the stability of rock drilling and the service life of the propulsion beam.
It adopts the world-class split type drilling rig hydraulic control system and selects world-class hydraulic components, which are easy to operate, stable and reliable.
The powerful crawler system easily copes with high-speed displacement and rough terrain environment. Equipped with a safe walking luffing console, it is convenient for safe walking operation and long-distance shifting. It has safety devices such as engine oil pressure, cooling temperature, engine failure alarm, battery charging indicator light, emergency stop switch and reverse warning.
The drill arm structure has a wide range of activities, which can meet various drilling angles to the greatest extent.
The dust collection effect of the large suction dust collector is obvious, which greatly improves the working environment.
