Product Description

Normal Temperature Air-Cooled Freeze Dryer

The compressed air first enters the pre-cooler for preliminary cooling, and then flows into the regenerator to exchange heat with the returned gas to further cool the compressed air and discharge the condensed water out of the machine. After that, the compressed air flows into the evaporator and exchanges heat with the refrigerant to further cool the compressed air to reach the required dew point temperature.
After the compressed air is gradually cooled by the precooler, the regenerator and the evaporator, the water vapor in the air condenses into liquid water droplets, and the liquid water is separated by the function of the vapor-liquid separator. The dry cooling air passing through the vapor-liquid separator passes through another process of the regenerator (1), and is heated up when it leaves the dryer to reduce the relative humidity of the air.
