Product Description

HC725 series crawler down-the-hole drilling rig is a new type of down-the-hole drilling rig developed to meet market demand. This product has excellent performance, flexible operation, complete functions, wider adaptability, and high cost performance.
This product can be widely used in open-pit mining, construction foundation excavation, rock drilling operations in various projects such as water conservancy, power stations, transportation and national defense construction. It can also be used to drill rock holes for special purposes such as anchor holes, geological pressure holes and drainage holes.
 

Product Features

Orbital motor gyrator
The gyrator with orbital motor and planetary gear has the characteristics of large slewing torque, high efficiency and durability.

Console
The multi-way valve adopts an upper and lower two-layer compound structure, which is reasonably located and easy to operate. The new hydraulic system has fast and slow gears for both propulsion and rotation, which can shorten the auxiliary operation time. Double-motor double-speed gyrator is adopted to meet the requirements of different working conditions.

Engine
Various specifications of diesel engines and electric motors are used to meet various requirements and adapt to different working environments.

Drill boom
The drill boom has a novel structure and is easy to adjust, which greatly increases the drilling range and is suitable for drilling low-level horizontal holes.

Power output
The power output adopts a gear box with a double gear pump structure.

Filtering system
The use of pre-filter, oil-bath air filter and air filter for three-stage filtration provides a guarantee for the diesel engine to work in a high-dust environment.
